bad company

DMC ruin my credit profile, i settled my account with them, after settling the account they opened a duplicate account for the same amount, now they put an adverse on the credit bureau for something that i've already settled. each time when you call the call centre, the agent tell me we gonna log request, some they say we referred matter to the supervisor .but till today nothing is happening mxm!!!!!
