Bad approach

So disappointed the way your consultant (VUYOLWETHU NKUKHWANA) +*** spoke with me regarding an account,I'm fully aware off..she was Rude to me..telling me I never made up any payment after I took the loan from Capfin..of wich she doesn't even know the reason why couldn't make payments,and telling me I'm paying other loans but not capfin..I humbled my self & apologies..May I please have the call records..I know my rights..however I never got a call from you before regards Capfin..when you do your consultant have bad aproach.
