Attitude /horrible Service

<p>I've paid up and account with DMC almost a week ago, and upon following up I’ve been told that the payment to the account is still being processed - a WEEK LATER. The call centre agents are very unfriendly, rude and argent. Can someone please tell me how long does to take to process payment??? and when i cam expect the conformation letter!!!!! Nompelo, you have really made a bad impression about what possibly could have been a pleasant experience...your lies ( don’t tell me to call on Monday and when i call you tell me call after 2 weeks) and lack of respect for the person on the line is pathetic. Please address and advise when the account will be processed and when i will receive the conformation letter, so i can have closure. DMC PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
