I have noticed that DMC3 has been listed on my name. I have never taken any loan with this company nor do i know who they are.

I want awnsers on this? Aparently i owe you R8000 i am not even sure. I never signed any documents any legal forms.

I will be taking this up with my lawyer and i will make sure that i sue for damages as this is effective towards my credit score and my name.

How can a company just list someone where no legal forms have been signed between the parties.
