an old Debts

DMC collection keeps on calling me for an old debts that was meant to be deleted long time ago, i took a loan 2007 or 8, i was listening to a radio on Sunday . the spoke of this . DMC collection goes and buy accounts of people owing and pay the debts on our behalf . knowing that the debts was suppose to be erased . can i please have a clarity about this DMC COLLECTION . i want to fight for my rights , this is an old debts . only now the list me, i bought a car 2015 . the did not list me. all of the suddenly the decide to list me .
