An account under DMC management is on my credit profile with debt review company but the account don't exist when I called up the company

An account under DMC management is on my credit profile with debt review company but the account don't exist when I called up the company. When they check my id number no account pops up. DMC must remove it from debt review as they add the listing on my name.
