Amount on DMC management website is different to their counter part Blake and Associates call centre

I've been wanting to settle my Edgar's account that's with DMC Management for the past 3 months on their website the amount that it gives me and the amount when I call them its very different. I've asked asked countless times for them to explain why their amounts are different I was only emailed their amount and not the amount I saw online even till today noone has called to explain to me why such a huge difference.
