ADDITIONAL AMOUNT NOT CREDITED ON ACCOUNT
I entered into a 12month agreement with DMC 10months later everything been good up until I paid an additional amount of R150 on the 28th of May for some reason I dnt know it doesn't reflect on my account and I used their website online platforms to make a payment which should automatically credit my account,sent a email got an automated reply with my statement(obviously not showing my R150)
