accounts are not being updated

I am constantly receving calls from DMC Debt management regarding an account that has been placed under administration since 2008 and all payments have been made by the attorneys.<br> When I speak to the call centre they keep on telling me that our details have not been updated to show \under administration"and they refuse to take our attorneys contact details and insist that the attorneys contact them"
