Account written off as per letter, still reflects on ITC reports
I have corresponded with DMC about a RCS ACC that has prescribed and been written off. I received a letter back that Dmc has written it off yet it still reflects on my ITC reports as outstanding. Im at my wit's ends of losing it. Update my records.
