Account Settled,no paid up letter,no ITC update,no feedback,unanswered emails from Heidi Kleinhans

<p>I settled my account on 31 July 2017 after receiving the settlement quote from Heidi Kleinhans via email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately made payment and emailed her the proof.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then Ive heard nothing from Heidi Kleinhans or anyone at DMC.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need a paid up letter and ITC to be updated.</p> <p> </p> <p>A customer should not be asking for this information.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
