Account settled in 2011 already!!!

DMC first contacted me in 2012 & I immediately provided them with proof of payment & settlement emails regarding a Personal loan acc.Last week a tracing company called me wanting to make payment arrangement on the same acc! I got DMC's details from this company & have been dealing with Asavela ever since. Needless to say according to him, the proof I provided over 3 yrs ago is not sufficient! Even though my 2012 credit report also shows the acc is paid up, he says that proves nothing! Seriously!!! So I tortured myself, got a paid up letter (more proof) from the creditor who also cannot believe that I am seriously being asked for more proof and sent it to Asavela and Georgina yesterday.The creditor also sent the same letter to another person at DMC & someone at Real People in case someone decides to hassle me again. I called yesterday and Georgina does not have her PC at the moment to check what I sent & I told her it is fine, as long as someone gets it, I have done more than my fair share on this matter. I refuse to deal with Asavela - he just aggravates the situation.Try and harass me again, I'll sue.I have approached the Debt Collectors Council to complain.Don't contact me.
