Account Settled but information not updated on the credit beruaus

I had an account with Foschini which was later sold to DMC AND SSDA to collect the amounts due, I have settled this account in full and requested the debt collector to update my information with the credit bareus . To my surprise I called Experian and Trans union and was advised that the amount of ca 5200 was still outstanding.

I have attached the communication below as confirmation that my details was updated with the credit beraus below. Dear T Nyalungu ,
