ACCOUNT PAID- NO FEEDBACK

I called DMC about settling my account 8 days ago, received a settlement quote from a Lindelwa Piet , paid account on the day sent her a proof of payment.No feedback has been receieved.When i do call im sent from 1 place to another.

Can i just get the simple service of having account closed because rightfully, i have no debt putstanding with them
