ACCOUNT NOT UPDATED

I was called by the consultant on 12/02/2015 to make payment arrangements on the basis that if I increase my monthly payments from R500 to R600 my outstanding balance will be decreased to R8400 which I will pay over 14 months. The monthly payments have been increased to R600 since end of February 2015 but the outstanding balance has not been adjusted according to the agreement despite the million phone calls to the call centre and the emails sent, even fowarded them the payment agreement that was sent to me on 12/02/2015 no one bothers to return to me with the solution or respond to my emails.
