Account Duplication

*********** staff members. This company opened and put two of the same account on my credit report. These are identical accounts showing on my report but with different naming. I've been battling to resolve this with no luck.

One customer service representative tells me one thing while the other tells me a different story. It's a different story each month and I'm always told to wait for the next report. I paid all my debts yet the very same account with them is still showing.
