My name is Ashtrolita Calvert my account were sell to DMC I have managed to settled my identity account the18August2024 I have received my settled letter by them through email it's been months already on it still shows on my credit bureaus that I still owe them on my identity I contact DMC they tell me it's at identity where they need to take it off bt on my clearscore app it shows on DMC that my account are on I went to the shop and they said DMC should take it off cause they purchased my account and when I chat on Whatsapp to them the 1 lady even told me its not her that went to the shop it was me so I must wait patiently her name is charlene mentoor my ticket reference 578754 it was the 6 February 2025 and yet she went and **** my dispute that I did put in January she change the date fr the February and the day I did put in my dispute they said 20-25 days I should get a respond bt yet nothing can you please assist cause I would like to pay my other accounts that's also with them bt what is the use of paying through them if it never goes off my name and when you go on theyre page its only negative can u please give help cause slowly I'm going nowhere and DMC is just puting our money in they're own pockets while we struggle to pay our debts
