5 Years Judgement

<p>DMC debt management has put a judgement against my name in 2011, its been 5 years now and I phoned in twice to query this account. The first time i was told the amount owing is R13000 and was put on hold. The second time i call i was then explained about prescribed debt but in the process felt like I was being bul**** into admitting that yes i owe dmc this amount and would like to pay it. </p> <p>I have not made any arrangement with dmc in the last 3 years to pay this debt so according to my knowledge this is prescribed debt and how can the there still be a judgement then.</p> <p> </p> <p>{Please dmc revert back urgently.</p>
