My Name is Nangamso Maseti I got a call on the 2th of June 2024 from a consultant regarding my total sport and mr price account, I made arrangements that I can start paying on 27 August since I have just started working in May, the consultant confirmed with me the amounts I’ll be able to afford as well as the date all went good . But to my suprise Mr price deducted today on 27 June 2024 however the agreement was that I’ll start paying in aug… A mandate was sent but there was no date so I was under the assumption that the date is the one I agreed on which was 27 Aug 2024.

What is shocking is that the Total sport is will be deducting in 27 Aug 2024 which was the agreed date but Mr price deducted now even though I have emphasised that I will both start paying them in august 27
