DMC should be burnt down to the ground and ashes spread into the ocean
Firstly if it was possible to get negative stars or ratings – that would be my first option; they dont even deserve the 1 star . I have no idea where they have sourced my number and are referring to me as a Sabastian which i have told them daily i have no idea who that is . I have requested to be taken off their list over 25x -which i was assured i would be only to be called from multiple different numbers daily . I suffer from PTSD , ANXIETY which is constantly triggered by this company and the rudeness displayed from the agents of this company , i have requested due to my health as well to be removed but that has not happened. I spent over an hour talking to a manager to try and get this resolved but apparently this would be just another agent acting as a manager . The owners of this company should really evaluate the ethics behind their business and also train their staff to have proper telephone etiquette as this is utter harrasment. I am going to try and obtain our ombudsman information and flag this company, because if this is the way this business treats our South African citizens, it should be burnt to the ground!!

NCRDC1143 is *******ly collecting R10,857 on TFG/Sportscene account that was charged off to R0.00 on 12/11/2024. Proof: TFG mini-statement 22/05/2026 shows Balance R0.00, Total Due R0.00. DMC's *** bounced 23/05/2026 14:42. This breaches NCA Section 52(5)(c). Penalty: R1,000,000 fine. Formal NCA Section 170 demand sent 23/05/2026 14:42. CC'd to NCR + DebtBusters. DMC has 48hrs to provide original agreement + deed of sale or debt is extinguished per NCA 126B. Case reported to National Credit Regulator. DebtBusters JM *** notified to freeze payments. DO NOT PAY DMC if TFG charged off your debt. Check your balance

I was handed over to DMC by Truworths last year. They phoned me we did make arrangements for monthly payment. All good and well they stop the deductions in 2024. Phoned there recovery department they told me that I'm not on there system they don't find anything of me. Phoned Truworths they say DMC Recovery must have on there system. All I need is a pay up letter because they still flag on my credit status. The DMC marketing department also told me that I need to talk to recovery.I don't know what to do. I need to clear that flag because it's affecting my credit score.
