DMC Debt Management is unhelpful and rude

My Foschini/American Swiss account was sold to DMC in 2015. I am in the process of being removed from debt review and DMC says they don't have an American Swiss account on record for me but they refuse to put that in writing. I sent various emails requesting this, to *** and to ***, without response.
