Poor service

Really bad service received from DMC Big Boy Randburg. My s****** was taken in for service on 16 April and all seemed fine until 02 May on my way home i heard a pop and my s****** came to a stand still. it turned out the spark plug had not been put in properly and that's what had popped. it was taken back to be redone and i was told there was no problem with their work but that the head was stripped and it would need to be sent away to be fixed. I received the s****** back on Monday 13 May with even more problems than i had previously. i have now gone to another bike shop and after checking it was told that the tappets were loose and had not been tightened when the bike was reassembled and that in taking of the wheels the brake disc had been bent which was causing my back wheel to wobble. As a result of their negligence or maybe just the no care attitude i now have to fork out more money, which I don't have, to have my s****** fixed properly as that is my only means of transport. i am not one to really complain but this time i could not keep quiet as a s****** which does not function properly puts not only my life but the life of my 9 year old at risk.
