Non Delivery of Paid Goods

To not go into to much details, we ordered and pay for matrasse and pillows for our caravans beginning of December 2024. We were requested to pay in full. We eventually received our matrasse but still waiting for our pillows. First they had a lot of stories and now they do not even pick up when we call. Again I've learned the hard way, do not pay in full before hand, only after you received everyghing.
