Poor workmanship

On 10.02 2018 EFT transfer of R8850 was paid to DM Security which was immediately cleared and the above undertook to supply and fit external strip beams and 10 days later still not completed the job requested more money and extra wall brackets. Poor workmanship as far as no insulation and soldering joints as well as not keeping timeouts appointments. Thereafter many phone calls later did not to date come to complete job even though he promised to come about 3pm but did not keep true to his promises and also put blame on the side walls of the house which had been plastered poorly. Tried to correct same without using extension brackets. This been 9 days later even though I advised him that I had bought 3 sets of brackets. During this period we had to put up with buzzing and beeping of this unit. Unfortunately due to this appalling business deal I will now have to employ the use of another registered installer and have a good mind to summons the above to the small claims court. Hoping no other person like myself lays out cash in advance.
