SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER- HORRIBLE and not COMPLIANT Provider

These guys are pathetic. I would not recommend them to anyone. The owner doesn't even know the product he is installing. They are yet to issue me with a COC certificate as they ignore my request. One of the panels they have installed has a crack and till to date they have not returned to replace it. I will be reporting this company to the Ombudsman.
