Lack of delivering price

Earluer this year I entered my daughter in one of their photo genic competitions and she won. To enter it cost R200. Then after that Dorothy contacted me to pay R100 more to deliver my childs price. She never let me know when she did send it. Then when I asked early in October of she did send it what the tracking number is she could not provide it and said I must wait it out. Now more than a month later still nothing and she ca not give me answers. I will not enter my child again in one of her competitions! So be careful before you enter.
