****, stay away

Purchased from DM Office Solutions (name taken exactly as per their invoice sent electronically - DM Office Solutions <***>) on 11 December. It's now 16 January and item which was stated as INSTOCK has not been received. All attempts to contact them telephonically have failed. They even had a cell number (name of person comes up on caller ID) who answers and just breaths on the line. They do not respond to emails. They use a reputable PAYMENT Gateway / Payment Processor (which is also the reason I felt confident in purchasing from DM Office solutions - else I would NOT have), but don't let this fool you. Their professional looking website, using a proper payment processor and sending invoice etc does NOT add up to a good business to deal with. In short DM Office Solutions is *****. Also, telephonically dealing with the payment processor was of NO help.

The reason I chose to write this review today: all further attempts to contact DM Office Solutions this week has failed, yet amazingly their website has been updated with "back to school" items. I think it sad that anyone would purchase stationary from them as it will only compromise some child's education. DM Office Solutions will take your money and NOT deliver.

I gave them one star because the rating required me to give something, they deserve no star.
