AVOID!!!

I strongly advise people to avoid dealing with DM Office Solutions.

I placed an order for R1,500 worth of office supplies three weeks ago, and to this day nothing has been delivered. What makes the situation worse is that the company appears to completely ignore customers after taking their money. I have tried contacting them numerous times by phone and email, but they simply do not respond.

It is incredibly frustrating to pay for goods and then be unable to get any communication or assistance. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for any business.

Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
