Stay away from Martin Pienaar and D&M Drafting

Please never use this company or Marin Pienaar, paid all the fees he quoted us for getting our house plans approved. He kept on telling this story and that story, and at the end of the day he took the money and he never even submitted our plans and after 7 months we still did not get our plans approved and he is not answering our calls.
