Martin pienaar draws building plans and submit them to municipality.i used his service and I regret dealing with him.I paid him R8000 for drawing a plan and R14000 for municipality fees and R1000 for his engineer signature and all this money and time is in the drain wasted.He is *************, irresponsible, unreliable and careless.I even referred him to other customers and he did the same mistakes of undone job even though he took his full money. He draws a plan and takes years putting you on hold to get municipal approval and eventually application gets rejected because of his ignorance.Then his responsibility is to rectify the situation but he just disappear.Normal application take 3 months but with him he will fail you after putting you on hold for 2 years..Call me I will give you more details ***.
