DM Custom Furniture

I was introduced to DM Custom Furniture by my brother who had bought furniture from them. I started communicating with the owner Mr. Wayne Van Niekerk in January 2021. I ordered and paid (using the layby installments) for my coffee table, dining room table, TV stand and a 3/4 "Des house bed" which all amounted to R19000 and some change including the delivery fee. I completed my layby payment at the end of March, but decided that I wanted to add the sideboard to my order so I requested that the furniture be delivered at the end of April. On the 07 of May 2021 I received an email from them that was sent out to all their customers (I presume), informing us that there will be a delay, but when I call, email, text them on all the social media platforms that they are part off I get non response. Yesterday 21 May I decided to call Mr. Van Niekerk using my colleagues mobile, only then did he take my call and promised to call me before end of day but here I am still waiting for their call.

I have not been advised when I will receiving my furniture.
