Refuse to Refund

3 Items were missing from my school stationery order. Ntombi Mavundla ignores my email requests (since 5Jan2023 till 01/03/2023) to refund me for printing of labels which I cancelled due long waiting period. Even though they request proof of banking details. The receptionist laughs at me when I say I will report them on Hello Peter and Social Media if their manger David Soko doesn't assist with my refund and that they are use to unhappy customers.
