Urgent Warning Regarding Vehicle Purchase from DM Cars, Rosettenville

In May of this year, I purchased a Nissan NP200 from DM Cars. Since that time, I have been unable to transfer the vehicle registration into my name. When I visited the licensing department, I was informed that the car had been registered under someone else’s name, not mine. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, including repeated communication with DM Cars and directly contacting an individual named Francis, there has been no assistance or resolution offered. Currently, Francis is no longer responding to my messages, including those sent via WhatsApp.

As a result, I am left in possession of a vehicle that is not registered in my name, even though I am the rightful owner. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, and no representative from the dealership has been willing to rectify this problem.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to avoid DM Cars in Rosettenville. My experience with them has been the worst I have encountered with any dealership, and I regret the decision to do business with them.
