****ty Service from the two Companies newly DLTC MIDRAND/ AFISWITCH Centurion

Good day my name is Wilson Monepe Mawasha born 12 April 1979,I went to Midrand DLTC contact no *** a dress 44 grand central boulevard halfway house for PDP RENEWAL on the 11th December 2024 and I did everything and I was told Friday I can come to afiswitch lake field office park 272 west avenue centurion which I did Friday and a consultant checked on her sysyern then said the people in midrand didn't take the process right I should go back for fingerprints retake.Which I did the some day and I was even assisted by the manager called Sam to which she apologized and did the retake said I should at least come for my results collection today the 19th December 2024 and guess what, I am here and I am good the people in midrand didn't send through my fingerprints.What ****ty service is that now?What do I do now guys I need answers because it seems each of this companies is just passing the bug and I am in between asa customer what do I do?An urgent response will be appreciated or else EFF WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE MATTER AT HAND
