SO DISSAPOINTING

I have been waiting over 3 months for my drivers license and just get the same email everytime.

'Kindly note that your card has been posted to the centre but is not yet ready for collection because the centre hasn’t recorded the card on their system as yet , please check again with us in two week to see if its ready for collection."

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE
