Midrand DLTC Gautrain station

On the 14th of May 2025 I went to the Midrand DLTC Gautrain Station to renew my PDP. The volume of the music was loud and the staff were louder (some singing) I did the whole process and left. 15 days later, the 4th of June went back as per the process of to be told that my fingerprints were not back. When I asked I was told the machine which my fingerprints were captured on doesn't work properly.

My question was why would one than use a machine that doesn't work? The attitude while all this was being communicated was shocking. Some of the ladies working there are rude, no name tags. They work as if they are doing one a favour.

We have a lot of young people looking for employment and can do far better given an opportunity.
