Inefficient Process & BAD Customer Service at DLTC Midrand

Today (14-10-2022 at 07:50) we had a very bad experience at the DLTC Midrand. A very arrogant employee chased us away like dogs :-( Why? Four different people reporting for writing their Learner's Licence Test did not pay the application fee of R108,00 ten-days before the test date (and all 4 travelled from different directions and do not stay close to the DLTC). One of the people is a 17-year old Learner that was supposed to be in school ... Think what it did to her morale & self-esteem :-( I immediately made another booking at another DLTC and guess what? You can pay on the same day ... So much for inconsistencies in their processes.
