Bad service

I was at the traffic Department on the 22nd of December 2024 to renew my License Disk they told me they closed they will be reopening on the 2nd of January 2025 of which on google says they were supposed to be open from 8am-3pm. On the 2nd of January 2025 I came back and they said they are offline I should come back around 11am at that time it was 9am I waited for 11 they said they were still offline I should come back the next day. Today is the 3rd of January 2024 I went there and their system is still offline people who were working at the admin were talking and laughing not even paying attention to me until the officer came to me and told me that they were offline. Bad service I have ever experienced in my life
