********** and Theives!!

So this is what has happened to me and the mentioned company DLT media, i called them last year in 2021 dec to cancel my subscription, they then told me to send them a letter and it will be cancelled, i was speaking to a lady in the accounts department called rosalia. Then they don't cancel and continue to send the magazines in jan 2022, yet i sent cancellation of the order and they kept saying that they have not received my mail for them to send me mail from the said email address that was supposedly not working. I now receive a mail saying they will cancel my subscription but they will still be debiting my account until Oct 2022 cause that is when my subscription ends. They did not advise this over the phone when i called for cancellation as they only requested a letter. this company is a ***** and i hope people get to see this mail and will not engage themselves with them.
