Do NOT buy from this company ever!!!

I placed an order with them for delivery, and the order had been placed (email confirmation). I have asked them to send me their banking details as it doesn't appear on the order, which they did.

I have made payment to them and sent them proof of payment, which they then confirmed and told me they are processing the order. Later, they changed their story, and was asking me to re-send the proof of payment as they didn't see the money reflecting in their account (Immediate payment).

Once again, I sent them the proof of payment; thereafter they told me they don't have an ABSA account by which they sent me the banking details and to which I have made the payment. a ****fed email was from someone else, but was sourced from their mail.

The accountant told me he will send it to the IT department and management would give me a call, however after requesting multiple times to call me (daily), they simply ignore me. I can't call them as their phones are not working, and they do not reply on email either.

PLEASE do NOT buy from this company, else you might be in the same situation as I am.
