DLNM Attorneys Dishonesty !! absolutely not a good company to work with!!

I received a call from Micheal offering 40% discount on my standard bank credit that i was owing , we then made an arrangement to pay the account in two installments, December and January . i paid half of the amount in DEC and in January i failed to pay due to payment issues at work, i then communicated with michael concerning the payment issue, which i later on received calls and sms from Legohang , the sms stated that i should pay the account before 28 february in order for the discount to be not forfeited , on the 25 feb i paid the other remaining balance and called lebohang so i can send the proof of payment. i was then told that lebohang is not at work and micheal will help me, he then told me that his manager said the discount is already forfeited and the sms that lebohang sent to me it was by mistake although the sms had my initials and surname. now im told to pay the whole amount. Micheal said technically i'm done with the account , but after talking with his manager he then told me that the discount is forfeited... DLNM attorneys are ******s , they dont stick to their promises , personally i would advice people to never consider any of their lies , they are not to be trusted!!
