Terrible experience from start to finish

Terrible experience from start to finish. The facility is heavily neglected, the bathrooms were filthy, the hand dryer was broken, & there were no paper towels. The hall floors are completely worn out & desperately need sanding & resealing, and the single-gate entrance makes driving in unnecessarily tight & hazardous. However, the absolute worst part was the staff—specifically an older gentleman on-site who was aggressively rude & dictatorial. He was difficult abt our projector screen, prohibited confetti, & gave our sound crew a ridiculous 10-minute setup window while threatening to lock the doors & shut us out if anyone objected. He even blocked the planned entrance theatrics for the birthday honoree. Although we paid for the hall until 10:00 PM, the staff started aggressively cleaning up & removing glasses by 8:00 PM. They made the atmosphere so hostile & uncomfortable that we felt forced to pack up & leave an hour early at 9:00 PM. Do not use this venue!
