No Business Ethics

I relocated on 21 June 2018 using DLH Removals. The quotation request with all the requirements was submitted online and I dealt with a lady called Debbie Henning. Unfortunately, the Contractor could not hand over on the agreed deadlines and I had to review the removal date several times which Debbie assisted me with for which I am grateful. On the day of the move (new house 4 km) away, I was informed that I neglected to make provision for the boxes and dining room set, which is nonsense. For that I had to pay an additional R 800.00 over and above the R 2400.00 I already paid. There were two couches which I told them would not fit through the door and would have to be lifted over the balcony which is 2 m high. For that, I now suddenly had to pay R 250.00 extra. They failed to deliver my microwave to the new address and damaged my goods. Upon notifying them and informing them that I had to pay R 100.00 to the managing agents to obtain the key to the old house again, Debbie informed me I should have checked and I signed the delivery note to say all is ok. Do not do business with DLH Removals. They have no business ethics or customer service once you have paid them.

Your email cannot be read as only part of it was copied. I will provide you with your NCC case number shortly. Maybe you can try and tell them to go jump. There is a law for everybody and businesses like yours should not be allowed to trade due to your ********* behaviour.
