DO NOT use this company if you value your things
<p>I sincerely regret using DLH, we paid R12800, to have all of our furniture chipped and scratched. We moved early January, from KZN to Cape Town. Our boxes looked like they were rolled around. Despite all of that, we did not make a fuss, but with our bookshelf getting water damaged, rendering it useless, we bought it to thier attantion, Debbie who we had been dealing with us passed on the matter to Shasin, the most rude and unprofessional person I've comed across, who could careless. We have not recieved even a mere apology from DLH, they were good and effecient in collecting their money, Debbie made sure to follow up, but when their filthy and unroad worthy trucks, which are not sealed to sealed off to the rain, destroyed our furniture. Nothing, I have made numerous calls, without getting anywhere. </p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT make the same mistake as me, just DO NOT use this company, they are all about the money, with zero customer service. </p>

Your post was only brought under my attention late on Friday, so sorry that this has not yet been sorted out by Sachin, from Intertrans that transported your goods I will see to that this is sorted out by end of the workday today..
However from DLH side we do appologise for the Inconvenience and delay caused in this matter,
All vehicles is roadworthy and regular check is done to check for leakages, but due the bad weather the driver experience on route to CT the damage to trailer was caused.

I was not expecting it and it has changed my feelings towards your company. Not many businesses value customers enough to rectify issues.
