Pathetic Service as usual

Xavier Junction DLTC service is pathetic!

What is the point of making a booking online for your driving license and being given a reference number and time slot, when you end up waiting in a queue for hours?!

Their phones are never answered. I have been waiting months now without receiving any notification on the status of my license card renewal.

These government departments are poorly run by staff who have attitudes and are forever offline and on break. They sit on their asses and get paid for absolutely nothing.

Please upskill your staff and employ people who are fast, efficient and helpful. Have system and order.

Stop *****ing our hard earned money and improve service in this God damn country.
