Abominable service

Arranged with Mr Dladla 2 weeks ago for moving of our furniture today. Confirmed with him yesterday that all was in order. This morning at 8am when his team did not arrive we had to contact him only for him to tell us that he is sorry and that he does not have a big enough trailer. How in heavens name if you knew about the move 2 weeks ago are you still running around like a headless chicken? And what is worse the day before the move you confirm that everything is in order and then don't bother to let us know the morning of the move that there's a problem - we had to phone him. Very bad service. I do not recommend this transport company to anyone.
