Dlaba C S Builders ran away with rental payment

There is a guy by the name of Celinhlanhla who owns a company called Dlaba Cs Buiders in Pietermaritzburg .That guy was renting my capartment in Hayfields in Pmb ,He ran away form the apartment refusing to pay the rent for several months.PLS guys dont do any business with him he is not to be trusted He is being chased by the lawyers as we speak.Take care
