Failure to deliver corporate cothing

I ordered and paid a deposit for clothing with my company logo, in January 2020. I was promised 2 to 3 week delivery. This has not happened to date. I have phoned several times and send emails every day. I very seldom get replies and when I do there is always some promise, which have never been carried out. The latest info I have is that everything is ready, but they only come to Johannesburg once a week. They have twice told me the goods will be sent through the following day and I will be contacted where I can meet them to collect my order. Which in itself is a little strange, I usually send any goods order to my customers address. However just to receive them would be a blessing.
