Bad service and non delivery once transport paid

Nick supp**** the mast eventually,after threat of legal action, we e had to pay another transport company,R20000 and Fernando his right hand man who we paid promised us a refund ,we are a client , we high had possible repeat business,but in Lew of the delays,it was 2-3 days exposed to bf ,when they picked up the mast it was the wrong one,2 days after we paid ,we called the supplier nick of Dkpg was working with ,to be told no payment,then we found a post of nick DKPG forklift on hello Peter and now delays Ard coming ,we were extremely concerned,then Fernando says he had personal issues,that now was effecting a transaction,first time ,then he delays ,finally we got our mast but no transport refund ,and we were caught before buy John Hunter,from escort , Fernando asked me to pay the money into nicks account because he doesn't have a bank account, Fernando promised refund of R3800 Monday past week ,still nothing,

My experience in this transaction was very bad and I would never recommend Fernando and Nick swears and verbally abused us because they supp**** lat and no refund of transport,
