Stole money and blocked to communicate

We paid this company R1500 deposit to start with work. It was just day before lockdown. Then after level 3 i have asked her to ease go and finish the job. Then was waiting 2 months again. Then i said she must refund us cause she is useless. Now she stole de deposit and we have to finish the job. Owner unhappy and so are we. She has blocked us to communicate. We are in process to sue her and she will pay for cost if she is not paying money back before minth end.

This company you can not trust and useless. Always have a story and excuses
